We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As the LPN, you will be responsible for supervising Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) and Medication Technicians (MTs), coordinating resident care, and making residence decisions in the absence of the Executive Director and Wellness Director. You will also be responsible for monitoring the overall functioning of the Wellness Department for the shift and ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care. We offer a competitive salary of approximately $28/hour and a comprehensive benefits package that includes PTO, daily pay, holiday pay, health/dental insurance, 401K, life insurance, short and long-term disability, referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and an employee assistance program.
