Job Title: BIM Project Manager

At K2 Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled BIM Project Manager to lead the implementation of BIM processes and technology on construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, engineering, or construction management, coupled with extensive experience in BIM implementation and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BIM Implementation and Strategy: Develop and execute BIM implementation plans for construction projects, defining BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
  • BIM Modeling and Coordination: Oversee the creation and management of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, including architectural, structural, MEP, and other discipline-specific models.
  • Collaborative Project Planning: Work closely with project stakeholders to facilitate collaborative project planning and decision-making using BIM technology.
  • Quality Assurance and Control: Establish BIM quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of BIM data and models.
  • BIM Software Management: Manage BIM software platforms and tools, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM applications.
  • Data Management and Integration: Develop strategies for integrating BIM data with other project management systems.
  • Client Engagement and Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their BIM requirements and objectives.
  • Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks and challenges related to BIM implementation and project delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in BIM implementation and project management.
  • Proficiency in BIM software platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
  • Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
