Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Eastern Connecticut. As a member of our healthcare organization, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality primary care services to patients in our Norwich and New London centers.
Responsibilities:- Conduct medical evaluations and formulate accurate diagnoses in accordance with the International Classification of Diseases.
- Manage prescribed medication, perform physical health examinations, and conduct preventive screening and care.
- Develop and present clear clinical impressions and recommendations that are specific and attainable.
- Develop and document clear clinical formulations and medical treatment plans.
- Prescribe therapeutic interventions appropriate to identified problems.
- Administer drugs and biologicals as required by the Clinic.
- Willingness to obtain MAT Data Waiver to become part of the Medication Assisted Treatment program for primary care patients.
- Proficiency in seeing both adults and children in an outpatient, primary care setting.
