About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and collaborative team member to deliver exceptional care to the residents of Norwich and its surrounding communities. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will perform routine physical examinations, formulate medical plans, and provide treatment for problems within your scope of practice.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine physical examinations and formulate medical plans
- Provide treatment for problems within your scope of practice
- Collaborate with the practice physician(s) and care team members to develop plans for further evaluation of health needs
- Refer patients to other health team members or specialists as needed
Requirements:
- Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
- APRN (Family, Adult/Geri Nurse Practitioner) or PA training
- 2+ years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA)
