About the Role

Hartford HealthCare (HHC) is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established primary care practice in Norwich, CT.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and dedicated healthcare professional to contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine physical examinations and formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial plans to treat patients.
  • Develop plans for further evaluation of health needs, including referrals to other healthcare team members or specialists.
  • Provide appropriate treatment for problems within the scope of practice, as designated by protocols, and identify problems outside of scope and refer appropriately to a physician.
Requirements
  • Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
  • APRN (Family, Adult/Geri Nurse Practitioner) or PA training
  • 2+ years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA)
