Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Accurately locate, count, and document stock levels to ensure seamless inventory control.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and prepare items for shipment or relocation based on order tickets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Lift Equipment Operation: Safely operate lift equipment, such as cherry pickers, to retrieve and place items at elevated heights within the warehouse.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety harnesses.
  • Maintenance Checks: Perform routine checks and maintenance on lift equipment to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage or defects before handling and ensure they are correctly stored or shipped.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, including the retrieval and placement of items.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff to coordinate the efficient flow of goods and resolve any issues that may arise.
Qualifications
  • Certification: Valid certification as a Warehouse Specialist (or similar lift equipment) as required by local regulations and company standards.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds and work at heights safely.
