Job Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at Sharecare, you will be the primary point of contact for members and providers, handling inbound calls and emails to provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
  • Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using computerized systems.
  • Provide education on Sharecare programs and services to callers.
  • Meet or exceed call center metrics, attendance standards, and quality levels.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have a high school diploma, prior experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook. You must also be able to multi-task, thrive in a team environment, and have basic computer skills. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
