The Role

We're seeking a skilled Assembly, Installation, and Repair (AIR) team member to join our fast-growing team. As a Computer Vision Device Assembler, you'll be responsible for building, installing, and troubleshooting our proprietary devices in the NYC metro area. You'll rotate between office-based responsibilities and fieldwork, where you'll be at the forefront of installing and activating assembled devices at merchant locations.

About You

We're looking for someone who is excited about building a product that hasn't been offered before. You should have a bias toward action when faced with challenges, but also be comfortable asking for help when needed. You'll thrive in an environment that encourages testing new approaches and taking advantage of the freedom that comes with working at an early-stage startup.

Responsibilities
  • Pick up devices from curbFlow HQ
  • Interact with customers and perform device installations at customer-owned locations
  • Travel around the city with installation equipment
  • Repair and troubleshoot devices, when needed
  • Conduct other office and field responsibilities, as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with meeting new people
  • Ability to operate in a physical environment with light physical requirements
  • Ability to travel throughout the NYC metro region while carrying installation equipment
  • Technical knowledge with computers is a plus
  • Knowledge of linux-based systems is a plus
  • Having a vehicle that can fit a small ladder is a plus
