Job Summary

Momentum Resource Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Device Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our telecom infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing our mobile device inventory, procuring new devices, and working with telecom carriers to ensure seamless implementations and outages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage mobile device procurement, including iPhone, iPad, and Samsung devices
  • Work with telecom carriers during implementations and outages
  • Perform monthly invoice analysis, validation, and payment approval on all land, long distance, data, and wireless invoices
  • Conduct bimonthly mobile device audits to determine cost-effective plans and update mobile catalogs
  • Track and resolve billing disputes/discrepancies with carriers and present findings to Director
  • Manage mobile phone recycle and inventory program
  • Manage paging systems and equipment
  • Assist in facility's Send Word Now notifications and systems update
  • Research past due balances and ensure timely clearance and credits
  • Maintain accurate inventory of telecom circuits, numbers, and equipment
  • Work with vendors to resolve claims in an accurate and timely manner
  • Assist in configuring and installing CISCO IP Phone models on CUCM
  • Perform day-to-day maintenance on Cisco Unified Contact Center
