  • Install and optimize hardware, software, and networking products at customer sites
  • Diagnose and resolve product performance problems
  • Perform maintenance and repairs
  • Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations to ensure optimal product performance
  • Proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruptions to customers' business
  • Deliver fully integrated solutions, including peripherals, communications, operating systems, and applications software
  • Train other field engineers and customers on solutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a science field, such as Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or similar
  • Strong technical skills
  • Demonstrated ability in a similar position or as an end-user preferred
  • 1-2 years' experience with GC/GC-MS instruments preferred
  • Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Verbal and written communication skills are clear, respectful, and timely
  • Valid Driver's License
