Job Summary

The Program Manager at Healthy MD plays a critical role in managing 340B regulations and compliance for all covered entities throughout the organization. This position requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure seamless operations and compliance with all aspects of the 340B program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Operations
    • Ensure compliance with all aspects of the 340B program and implement all applicable aspects of the Office of Pharmacy Affairs guidance.
    • Schedule and oversee internal and external 340B compliance audits.
    • Develop and maintain 340B program policies and procedures.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for 340B compliance and performance.
    • Develop metrics for program compliance monitoring for all covered entities.
    • Collaborate with affiliated departments (Compliance, Legal, Finance, IT, Pharmacy) to ensure 340B Program integrity.
  • External Relationships
    • Develop and maintain external relationships with Apexus, HRSA, wholesalers, manufacturers, contract pharmacies, vendors, pharmacy benefit managers, and third-party administrators.
    • Provide ongoing education, training, and communications to all staff regarding the 340B Program operations and compliance.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree, Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
  • Certification and Licensing
    • Apexus 340B Certification.
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management specifically related to 340B.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes
    • Strong customer service orientation skills.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Full knowledge of Windows Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Basic understanding of computers.
    • Strong problem resolution skills.
