  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling, payroll, and training of security personnel to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including those related to healthcare and security.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports, security logs, and client communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare management, security operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams, developing and implementing security strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
