At ASR Group/Domino Sugar, we are committed to protecting our organization's systems, applications, and data from cyber threats. We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security Manager to lead our security engineering, threat response, and compliance efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, IT auditing, and incident response. They will be responsible for coordinating and responding to security breaches, collaborating on incident response planning, and conducting security audits.

This role requires a proactive and analytical individual who can work effectively under pressure, prioritize critical items, and communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The IT Security Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining security policies and procedures, managing vendor security, and collaborating with the security architect on reviewing and approving vendor security solutions.

They will also be responsible for conducting periodic internal and external security and risk audits, implementing administrative and operational safeguards, and communicating with management regarding security issues and risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and respond to security breaches and incidents
  • Collaborate on incident response planning and conduct incident response training
  • Establish and maintain security policies and procedures
  • Manage vendor security and collaborate with the security architect on reviewing and approving vendor security solutions
  • Conduct periodic internal and external security and risk audits
  • Implement administrative and operational safeguards
  • Communicate with management regarding security issues and risks

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of combined experience with information security and IT auditing
  • 3+ years of experience leading or a member of a Security Operations Center (SOC)
  • Incident response experience required
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience or industry certifications
