Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assemble food items for customers at assigned food stations, taking into account dietary restrictions, allergies, and ethnic preferences.
  • Track and manage inventory, advising supervisors of inventory counts and ordering food and supplies as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to high sanitation standards and completing daily cleaning assignments.
  • Deliver trays to patient rooms and areas as needed, and assist with the assembly of Meals on Wheels.
  • Prepare food from basic recipes and assist with food preparation and storage, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior food service experience with food preparation and assembly, customer service experience, and cash handling experience preferred.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English required.
