Case Manager

Firefly Children and Family Alliance is seeking a dedicated Case Manager - Family Support Specialist to join our team in Winchester, IN. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to families in need, helping them achieve their goals and improve their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide education and support to families in their homes, promoting stability and self-sufficiency.
- Develop and implement service plans, including goals and objectives, to meet the unique needs of each family.
- Collaborate with schools, social services, and other community agencies to ensure comprehensive support for families.
- Respond to crisis situations, providing timely and effective interventions to ensure family safety and well-being.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and insurance with no more than 6 points on driving record.
- Ability to travel between appointments and service clients in their community.
- Knowledge of social service systems and confidentiality practices.
