Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead tax engagements, including planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality tax services to clients.
  • Manage client relationships, including identifying business opportunities, developing proposals, and delivering presentations.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies, including identifying new business opportunities, developing marketing plans, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax professionals, accountants, and business development teams, to deliver high-quality tax services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with tax laws, regulations, and industry developments, and apply this knowledge to deliver high-quality tax services to clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required; Master's degree in Taxation preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of related experience, including experience in a public accounting firm.
  • CPA or Bar License required.
  • Minimum of 4 years supervising and training experience.
  • Subject matter expert in corporate, partnership, individual or trust and estate taxation required.
  • Proven market-facing skills required to develop new business and sustain existing excellent client relationships.
