We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Focused Real Estate Agent to join our team at American Forest Management, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding sellers and buyers in the marketing and purchasing of timberland, recreational hunting, and agricultural land.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and sell timberland, recreational hunting, and agricultural land to clients
  • Collaborate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and other external stakeholders to facilitate successful transactions
  • Develop networks with external brokers, attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors
  • Prepare and review paperwork, including listing agreements, contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements
  • Consult on market conditions, pricing, lending practices, and land use regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date real estate files in compliance with State regulations and internal company policies

Requirements:

  • Current real estate broker or sales associate license
  • At least 3 years of sales experience
  • Land-focused real estate agent or similar sales experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and county land record system searches
  • Knowledgeable in Forestry, Agriculture, Outdoor Recreation, or related field
