Position Overview:
The Customer Experience Analyst plays a pivotal role within our Supply Chain division. This position is essential for driving performance enhancements from Allparts Inc to our customers' clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact between the Customer Replenishment team, Allparts Inc Supply Chain, and Sales, focusing on performance improvement metrics.
2. Lead the evolution and implementation of the monthly Collaborative Forecasting, Planning, and Replenishment (CPFR) process for designated clients to ensure outstanding supply chain efficiency.
3. Oversee the setup process for new products within customer and Allparts Inc systems to facilitate seamless replenishment and boost revenue.
4. Utilize data analytics to drive performance enhancements.
5. Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships.
6. Identify service level gaps to mitigate potential penalties and develop actionable solutions.
7. Proactively seek opportunities for process enhancements across all operational functions.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Logistics and/or Customer Supply Chain, or a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Business.
- A strong passion for enhancing business outcomes through collaboration and analytical approaches.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating across the entire supply chain to achieve improved business results.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Over 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and/or Customer Experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
- Familiarity with SAP, Excel, and Business Objects is advantageous.
