CommuniCare Health Services Corporate is seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse to fill the position of Regional Director of Clinical Operations. This role will cover facilities in the Columbus, Springfield, Toledo, and St. Mary's, OH region.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate facility compliance to clinical policy, procedure, and care standards.
- Conduct weekly facility visits for intervention, audit, and training purposes.
- Train new nursing management staff.
- Assist with State Survey preparation and implementation.
- Aid in the Plan of Correction process.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Nursing Consulting and Long Term Care, with previous DON experience preferred. The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary, PTO plans, and a menu of benefit options, including life and disability plans, medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with employer match, and Flexible Spending Accounts.
Requirements:- Current RN license in the State of Ohio, BSN preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Long Term Care and Nursing Consulting.
- Previous DON experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and oversee functions at multiple facilities on a daily basis.
- Ability to travel throughout the region.
- Must maintain current CPR certification.
