Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Benefits Coordinator to join our team at Marietta Opco LLC. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for processing payroll, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and providing exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll accurately and efficiently, adhering to federal and state guidelines.
  • Coordinate the PIB (pay-in-lieu of benefits) process, ensuring that employees do not elect PIB when enrolled in other benefit plans.
  • Post state and federal posters in designated locations, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Review employee time and attendance reports for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as necessary.
  • Provide backup support to the SDC for WOTC compliance and the Human Resources Coordinator as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for college-level courses in accounting or business.
  • Two years of experience in payroll or human resources.
