Job Title: Bilingual Call Center Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal communication skills).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of customer service or technical support experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
