This role is focused on the comprehensive management of cost control processes for complex projects within the semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will leverage extensive experience and expertise to ensure effective financial oversight.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain robust cost control measures across multiple high-stakes projects.
  • Utilize advanced project controls operating models to align with industry standards.
  • Oversee cost budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, utilizing systems such as SAP and EcoSys.
  • Support internal reporting requirements and ensure compliance with established guidelines.
  • Implement Progress Measurement methodologies, including Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure comprehensive Monthly Reports that reflect all necessary project controls data.
  • Maintain proficiency in Project Controls standards, including WBS/CBS/SBS and Change Management processes.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of project controls within the EPCM environment.
  • Strong skills in cost management and reporting processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various Project Controls software.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Project Controls within the industrial manufacturing sector is advantageous.
