Senior Project Controls Analyst (Cost)

@Orchard LLC is seeking an experienced Project Controls Analyst to support their work in a well-established solutions provider within the defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, establish, and maintain all aspects of the cost control effort on one or more of the larger, more complex, and demanding projects.
  • Utilize broad experience, expertise, and exposure to various types of company projects and clients.
  • Support the internal Client reporting calendar and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure Monthly Reports encompass all necessary Project Controls information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience) and typically 10+ years of related work experience.
  • Full understanding of the project controls operating model employed by key partner firms within the EPCM workspace for a semiconductor industry or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in cost budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, with knowledge of cost-processing systems like SAP, Contruent, EcoSys, etc.
  • Expertise in Progress Measurement using EVM, including quantity-based EVM within partner work environments and financially-based EVM.
