Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping and Outdoor Living Sales Representative to join our team at GRO. This role involves qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, communicating with customers, and working with landscape designers to create customized outdoor spaces.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in high-end residential landscape and outdoor living sales, be willing to travel locally throughout the day, and possess innovative, creative, and process-driven skills.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads obtained from calls and website inquiries
  • Schedule appointments with customers and internal teams
  • Communicate and present effectively to customers
  • Work with landscape designers to create customized landscapes
  • Estimate projects and create proposals for clients
  • Collect signed contracts and deposits
  • Engage customers throughout the project
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Manage sales process through to close
  • Identify project enhancements and suggest additional services
  • Use CRM to track sales pipeline
