Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage security and loss prevention operations, including patrol processes, emergency response, and investigations.
  • Develop and implement action plans to monitor and control risk, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and safety regulations.
  • Oversee the claims process and protect company assets by closely monitoring General Liability and Worker's Compensation cases.
  • Communicate the importance of safety procedures and ensure employee understanding of safety codes.
  • Emphasize teamwork, close working relationships with other departments, and assertive hospitality to serve as a deterrent to crime.
  • Provide personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, or other personal care to others.
  • Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the security/loss prevention or related professional area.
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Criminal Justice or related major; 2 years experience in the security/loss prevention or related professional area.
Benefits

Marriott International Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $61,000 to $79,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
