Guidewire, Inc is a Non-Profit Human Service Agency that provides residential and day supports to adults with developmental disabilities. We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshoot problems for staff on electronic equipment, including internet, telephone, and facsimile systems. Maintain electronic equipment in all residences where electronic equipment owned by Guidewire, Inc is installed.
- Technical Support: Research and recommend software and/or hardware changes/improvements. Train staff on software. Ensure compliance with the Agency policy on computers and software.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory databases of computer equipment and locations and computer-related supplies.
- Communication Support: Assist with Agency Website. Assist with maintaining email addresses and communication with email host company.
- Phone System Support: Assist with monitoring and maintaining Shortel Phone system across the Agency.
- Data Security: Assist with policy development regarding data security & equipment use.
