Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Verification Specialist to join our team at Spectraforce Technologies. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for verifying patient benefits and ensuring seamless access to healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review patient insurance information to complete the benefit verification process
  • Triage cases with missing information to appropriate program associates
  • Verify patient-specific benefits and document details for various payer plans
  • Identify restrictions and expedite patient access as needed
  • Document and initiate prior authorization processes, claims appeals, and other related tasks
  • Perform quality reviews and report reimbursement trends to management
