Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients and their support networks to arrange and confirm follow-up appointments.
  • Conduct interviews both in-person and remotely.
  • Expand professional networks to enhance outreach.
  • Participate actively in case review discussions.
  • Ensure adherence to quality assurance protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members on complex cases.
  • Document all follow-up actions in a timely manner.
  • Adapt work schedules as necessary to meet client needs.
  • Implement data collection procedures within established timelines.
  • Promptly verify new cases.
  • Complete all required tasks for each active case.
  • Assist with urine sample collection when required.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service as set by Chestnut.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive organizational information.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in longitudinal research projects is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required.
