Virtual Wealth Management Consultant

We are a rapidly expanding Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with a specific focus, seeking to onboard a Virtual Financial Advisor. Having recently surpassed the $100 million in Assets Under Management (AUM), our founder is looking to grow the advisory team to concentrate on enhancing our marketing strategies. With a successful initial hire, we are now prepared to welcome another dedicated professional to nurture our client relationships.
We are in search of a proactive self-starter who can take on the role of primary Advisor for our newly acquired clients within a short timeframe. Our commitment is to provide exceptional value to our clients, and we hope to find someone equally passionate about assisting individuals in achieving their retirement goals.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned and certified CFP, experienced in dealing with complex client scenarios involving estate and tax considerations. Initially, you will collaborate closely with our Lead Advisor, absorbing existing strategies, philosophies, and operational frameworks. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Lead Advisor and the client base, participating in client meetings, managing follow-ups, and overseeing financial plans. This role requires a project management mindset, ensuring that all details are meticulously handled.
You will thrive in an innovative environment that encourages fresh ideas and the adoption of new methodologies. A strong affinity for systems and processes is essential, as is a curiosity about AI and proficiency in tools like Excel and Google Sheets. Your focus will be on maximizing technology to enhance efficiency.
As you join our team, you will have the opportunity to acclimate during quieter periods, allowing you to familiarize yourself with our operations and clientele. Your initial phase will involve shadowing the Lead Advisor and engaging with our client base, followed by significant post-engagement follow-up. The goal is for you to transition into the primary Advisor role for new relationships as quickly as possible, potentially within your second cycle.
Operational support will be available, but you will primarily manage client needs independently. The foremost objective for this position is to empower you to become an exceptional advisor, dedicated to enhancing our clients' retirement experiences. We aim to leverage your planning expertise to build upon the years of effort our clients have invested in their savings.
Our marketing strategy includes a successful podcast with over 50,000 downloads monthly, eliminating the need for prospecting. During off-peak periods, you will assist with various projects, including collaboration with our compliance consultant. Participation in our podcast to address listener inquiries or discuss planning topics would be a valuable addition.
