Position: Patient Support Representative
Compensation: Starting at $20/hour (based on experience)
Experience Required:
- At least one (1) year of experience in customer service.
- Preferred: one (1) year of experience in marketing.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
Employment Type: Full-time; Temporary (Contract for one month)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Availability for Saturday work as needed)
About Us: HB Staffing is looking for a dedicated Patient Support Representative to become part of our vibrant and expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-language assistance to members regarding their benefits and healthcare access.
- Organize and coordinate health-related events for community organizations.
- Facilitate communication and coordination of general maintenance with the Facilities Department.
- Oversee equipment, inventory, center supplies, and marketing materials.
- Monitor and assess traffic flow and service utilization.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure all equipment is operational.
- Collaborate closely with the Field Engagement and Sales teams to create programs and activities for the center.
- Provide outstanding customer service at the Community Center.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Vietnamese with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
- Possession of Life Agent and Notary Public Licenses is advantageous; however, training and support for licensing will be provided to suitable candidates.
- Exceptional customer service skills, particularly with senior clientele, are preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Ability to sit for extended periods; capable of standing, sitting, reaching, bending, and lifting up to fifteen (15) lbs.
