Restaurant and Bar Operations Manager

As a Restaurant and Bar Manager at Drury Hotels, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our hotel lobby bar. Key Responsibilities- Elevate Guest Experience: Lead by example, delivering exceptional service and impactful team development coaching to elevate the guest experience at the hotel lobby bar.
- Quality Assurance: Role model best practices with the team and consistently meet or exceed all quality assurance visit measurables.
- Business Performance: Deliver key business measures of service, cost, and labor controls to drive business success.
- Critical Thinking: Leverage strong critical thinking to solve guest service issues, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to unexpected challenges in the fast-paced hotel environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Show dedication to continuous improvement and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Education and Experience: A degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of one year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success.
