Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to join our team at OWL Services. As a key member of our service platform, you will be responsible for managing various communication channels, dispatching service technicians, and ensuring seamless customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a service coordinator or dispatcher role is preferred, but not required.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including 10 paid holidays, flexible time off, and a company-paid life insurance policy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to service requests from various communication channels, including phone, email, and customer portals.
  • Dispatch service technicians to meet customer needs, while ensuring efficient routing and workload coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure proper information capture and system updates.
  • Understand and monitor service level agreement requirements to ensure seamless delivery.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a service coordinator, scheduler, or dispatcher role preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle high volumes of service calls/emails.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
