The Digital Product Operations team at Cigna is seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our leadership team.

Salary and Benefits

We offer an estimated hourly rate of $30-$40 USD per hour, depending on relevant factors such as experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.

Job Description

This Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our Digital Product Leadership team for programs & initiatives, including backup administrative support as needed. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administrative work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Travel arrangement management using Cigna's online travel booking tool
  • Accurate and timely submission of expense reports, as well as review, rejection, or approval of policy-adherent expense reports submitted by team members
  • Calendar management and scheduling, looking for opportunities to enhance efficiencies
  • Meeting planning and organization, including logistics for outside guests
  • Staff support, attending meetings to record minutes and track takeaways
  • Team applications support, owning and managing SharePoint sites and WebEx channels
  • Onboarding and offboarding support, coordinating with HR as needed
  • Productivity support, troubleshooting computer/phone issues and managing department space planning
  • Special projects/programs, managing ad hoc team-wide projects and events
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • A professional demeanor and high level of integrity, with the ability to maintain confidentiality when necessary
  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adjust priorities as needed
