Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Credit & Collections Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collections: Engage with overdue accounts on a weekly basis. Document all interactions with customers through High Radius and collaborate with both customers and internal teams to resolve account issues.
  • Credit Management: Assess and authorize credit releases for customer accounts by reviewing the credit hold list. Address any inquiries related to credit background checks for existing clients.
  • New Account Setup: Determine credit limits for new clients utilizing Dun & Bradstreet resources. Retrieve Dun & Bradstreet reports and establish new customer accounts within the SAP system.
  • Proof of Delivery: Gather necessary information to track products when required.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in credit and collections, or 8-10 years of relevant practical experience.
  • Proficient in SAP, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication abilities, and numerical proficiency are essential.
  • Flexibility and the capacity to interact successfully with diverse individuals are crucial.
