About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Bilingual C-Kin Kinship Navigator to join our team at Family & Children's Agency Inc.

This dynamic role requires a strong understanding of social services, resource navigation, and family support. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations and possess excellent communication and assessment skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing holistic support to kinship families, including assessment, care planning, and connection to resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and support kinship families in need of resources and services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and organizations
  • Ensure timely follow-up with families to ensure continued stability
  • Maintain accurate records and submit necessary data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of lived kinship caregiving experience
  • Prior experience in social services or a related field
  • Bilingual (English-Spanish) skills

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our agency offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits, continued education credits, and more.
