The successful candidate will ensure that guests receive top-notch service, making their experience pleasant and memorable from the moment they arrive until their departure.


Primary Duties:
  • Greet guests warmly during check-in and check-out, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Accurately manage guest bookings, both in-person and via phone or email communications.
  • Process payments, including cash and credit card transactions, while maintaining precise financial records.
  • Allocate rooms according to guest preferences and hotel availability.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to guest inquiries, addressing concerns, and accommodating special requests.
  • Assist guests with various services, including luggage handling, arranging transportation, and providing local insights.
  • Ensure safety and security by monitoring the lobby and entrance areas, adhering to hotel safety guidelines.
  • Conduct administrative tasks, such as updating guest information and generating reports.
  • Effectively resolve guest issues and escalate more complex situations to management when necessary.

Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Opera Cloud and hotel reservation systems is preferred.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation: $16.00/ HR
