Primary Duties:

- Accurately manage guest bookings, both in-person and via phone or email communications.
- Process payments, including cash and credit card transactions, while maintaining precise financial records.
- Allocate rooms according to guest preferences and hotel availability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to guest inquiries, addressing concerns, and accommodating special requests.
- Assist guests with various services, including luggage handling, arranging transportation, and providing local insights.
- Ensure safety and security by monitoring the lobby and entrance areas, adhering to hotel safety guidelines.
- Conduct administrative tasks, such as updating guest information and generating reports.
- Effectively resolve guest issues and escalate more complex situations to management when necessary.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Opera Cloud and hotel reservation systems is preferred.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
