Job Description:

As a District Sales Manager at US Foods, you will oversee a team of Territory Managers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction in your assigned district. Your primary responsibility is to direct TMs against opportunities in closing, penetrating existing accounts, and acquiring new ones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct TMs towards high-quality leads and assist them in warming leads and closing sales
  • Develop and maintain long and short-range sales plans with TMs to achieve divisional sales objectives
  • Coach and train TMs to achieve profitable sales and case growth goals
  • Provide guidance on organizational skills, account strategies, and territory planning
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field
  • A minimum of five years of foodservice sales experience, including two years of supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Valid driver's license required
