Job Title: Director of Operations

Millennium Times Square is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our team. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and engineering departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive revenue growth and improve guest satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of department heads to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel operations or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving guest satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and guests
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
