POSITION OVERVIEW:
A Construction Project Manager is sought for a leading company in disaster restoration and remodeling. This role offers a chance to be an integral part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional service and expertise to clients in the Upstate of South Carolina. APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have a solid understanding of residential and light commercial construction components. Responsibilities include conducting field inspections, estimating project costs, supervising tradesmen, managing diverse projects, and participating in account collections. Previous experience in construction management or insurance restoration is essential, along with a college degree. Veterans are encouraged to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Upon hiring, you will be expected to:
  1. Uphold the company's vision, mission, and values.
  2. Master the necessary computer estimating systems and job management software.
  3. Maintain open communication with property owners and insurance representatives.
  4. Schedule work orders, including pre-construction meetings, sequencing, and trades assignments.
  5. Initiate projects promptly.
  6. Obtain required permits and arrange inspections.
  7. Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met.
  8. Document inspections and project flow diligently.
  9. Build relationships with insurance professionals and tradespeople to enhance business opportunities.
  10. Maintain professionalism in all project conditions, including workmanship and safety.
  11. Address any outstanding project items efficiently.
  12. Collaborate with other associates regarding project status and collections.
  13. Handle any concerns or complaints professionally.
  14. Be available for overtime as needed in this demanding field.
  15. Engage in ongoing professional training and certification programs.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Understanding of remediation and reconstruction processes related to fire, water, mold, and storms is preferred.
  1. Experience in the insurance restoration industry and claims processes.
  2. Background in residential and commercial remodeling and construction.
  3. Familiarity with Xactimate or Symbility estimating software.
  4. Relevant industry certifications such as IICRC or OSHA.
