POSITION OVERVIEW:
A Construction Project Manager is sought for a leading organization in disaster recovery and renovation services. This role offers the chance to be an integral part of a skilled team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and expertise to clients throughout the region. Working with Paul Davis provides the advantages of a locally operated business while being part of a well-established franchise network.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must have a solid understanding of residential and light commercial construction elements. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, estimating project costs, supervising tradespeople, managing diverse projects, and participating in account management. Previous experience in construction management or insurance restoration is essential, along with a college degree. Veterans are encouraged to apply.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Upon hiring, candidates will be expected to:
  1. Uphold the vision, mission, and values of Paul Davis.
  2. Master the necessary software for estimating and job management.
  3. Maintain ongoing communication with property owners and insurance representatives.
  4. Coordinate project schedules, including pre-construction meetings and trade assignments.
  5. Initiate projects promptly.
  6. Obtain required permits and schedule inspections.
  7. Oversee project progress and ensure quality standards are met.
  8. Document inspections and project flow.
  9. Build relationships with insurance professionals and tradespeople to secure additional work.
  10. Maintain professionalism in all project aspects, including safety and cleanliness.
  11. Address any outstanding issues to ensure timely project completion.
  12. Collaborate with team members regarding project status and financials.
  13. Handle client concerns professionally.
  14. Be prepared to work flexible hours in a demanding environment.
  15. Engage in ongoing training and certification opportunities.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of remediation and reconstruction processes for fire, water, mold, and storm damage is preferred.
  1. Experience in the insurance restoration sector.
  2. Background in residential and commercial construction.
  3. Familiarity with Xactimate or Symbility estimating software.
  4. Relevant industry certifications such as IICRC or OSHA.
