  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in construction software, such as Xactimate and Symbility.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry certifications, such as IICRC and OSHA.
  • Experience with residential and commercial remodeling and construction.
  • Knowledge of fire, water, mold, and storm remediation and reconstruction.
