Construction Inspector

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled Construction Inspector to join our team at CONSOR Engineers. As a Construction Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify work in progress and ensure that contractors are adhering to project schedules and quality standards.
- Perform complex mathematical calculations and measurements to verify completed work and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of inspector's daily activities, contractor labor and equipment, and quantity of materials received and verified.
- Perform on-site material testing and produce as-constructed sketches as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum four years of construction inspection experience.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
