We are currently seeking a Senior Audit Associate to enhance our Audit, Assurance, and Accounting Department. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and support audits, reviews, and compilations across diverse industries.
  • Prepare and scrutinize financial statements while assessing internal controls.
  • Assist in managing the daily operations of audit planning, execution, and completion.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards.
  • Establish realistic timelines and coordinate audit requests to adhere to client deadlines.
  • Guide, mentor, and oversee junior staff members.
  • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and interaction.
  • Report on work progress and any client-related issues to management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • CPA certification or progress towards it is required.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting is essential.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client responsiveness.
  • Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proven teamwork and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members.
  • Approach tasks with a sense of urgency and diligence.
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Caseware/Caseview is advantageous.
