Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement departmental procedures for the use of GC equipment.
  • Configure and troubleshoot software and equipment, perform routine repairs and adjustments.
  • Coordinate the retrieval of samples for testing.
  • Perform ETO testing on product samples.
  • Conduct dissipation studies.
  • Validate instruments.
  • Analyze results, perform trend analysis.
  • Maintain laboratory and test supply inventory.
  • Perform other functions as necessary or assigned.
  • Prepare products for testing according to written procedures.
  • Record results on computer and specified forms.
  • Troubleshoot system issues.
  • Analyze results, including trend analysis.
  • Review and approve test data against action limits.
  • Perform environmental bioburden testing according to written procedure.
  • Investigate all test results.
  • Conduct air sampling following written procedure.
  • Identify needs for new procedures.
  • Conduct sterility testing of sample products.
  • Assist in the development, modification, and validation of new or existing departmental procedures.
