Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Case Intake Representative to join our team at the Richard Harris Law Firm.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to potential clients, answering calls, and gathering pertinent information to lay the foundation of their case. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a talented team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner, assess customer needs, and make informed decisions for conversion.
  • Intake Process: Gather pertinent details from prospective clients, enter information into the case management software, and schedule office appointments as needed.
  • Communication: Provide clear and concise communication to clients, transfer calls when necessary, and make recommendations for other case types that may benefit the current or potential client.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Ability to type 40-50 words per minute, strong organizational and attention to detail skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
