About the Role

The Patient Service Representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at ThedaCare. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to interact with internal and external customers, providers, and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and enter demographic, clinical, and billing information to facilitate seamless customer experiences.
  • Schedule patients accurately and proactively address access issues to meet stakeholder needs.
  • File, retrieve, or deliver patient information or records using current technology to facilitate timely patient care.
  • Facilitate the flow of patient forms, letters, and data per department needs.
  • Expedite, escalate, and redirect issues and situations to other resources or departments as needed.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
Work Environment
  • Normally works in a climate-controlled office environment.
  • Frequent sitting with movement throughout the office space.
  • Occasional contact with aggressive or combative customers.
  • Frequent use of computers throughout the workday.
Schedule

Monday-Friday, variable days and hours, 7:00am-6:00pm. No weekends, no holidays.
