EisnerAmper is a leading accounting, tax, and business advisory firm that offers a wide range of services to clients across various industries. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Solutions Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The Senior Accounting Solutions Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction through all stages of the client lifecycle. This includes educating clients on additional features and functionality of accounting software applications, as well as promoting add-on products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate clients on additional features and functionality of accounting software applications, including add-on products.
  • Participate in the development of standard operating procedures, training materials, and presentations as required.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to replicate and document system issues, prioritize multiple client cases, investigate and research issues, and assist with timely issue resolution using available resources.
  • Conduct periodic meetings with clients to understand and capture feedback and additional opportunities.
  • Provide oversight of team leaders and teams in identifying resource needs and completing individual responsibilities within the client lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with a diverse group of clients, co-workers, managers, and subject matter experts.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in accounting roles, accounting system support, and/or accounting system implementation.
  • 7+ years of experience with cloud-based accounting systems such as Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • 3 years of experience in managing client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Capacity to perform at an intermediate or advanced level with respect to Sage Intacct or similar financial management software applications.
  • Familiarity with general accounting concepts and processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.

Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
