Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Train and develop crew members on equipment use, prep schedules, and production of high-quality products.
  • Maintain inventory, manage labor costs, and oversee special event coordination to drive business growth.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement initiatives to reduce expenses while maintaining exceptional guest experience.
  • Develop and execute a preventative maintenance program to ensure optimal equipment performance and building upkeep.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least three years of relevant restaurant management or supervisory experience.
  • Experience in minor maintenance tasks of restaurant equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience and work collaboratively as part of a team.
