Role Overview:

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, particularly in overseeing multi-family and commercial construction projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all construction operations for the designated project.
  • Comprehensive understanding of architectural plans and specifications.
  • Creating and maintaining the project timeline.
  • Evaluating subcontractor performance to guarantee compliance with project specifications and timely completion.
  • Coordinating and documenting weekly progress schedules.
  • Facilitating regular safety and progress meetings.
  • Maintaining detailed Daily Reports using Procore.

Required Qualifications:

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality finishes with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in engaging with high-end clients.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
  • Skilled in various software applications, including Excel, Word, and PROCORE.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of Cal OSHA safety regulations and certification.
  • Ability to maintain a tidy and organized construction site.
