Job Title: Clinical Nurse Specialist - Medical Surgical ICU

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Boston Children's Hospital. As a CNS, you will play a critical role in providing expert clinical care to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical expertise and mentorship to nursing staff
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and research projects
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing
  • Current Massachusetts RN licensure
  • Current CNS certification
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Pediatric critical care nursing experience
